We stayed at St. Giles Southkey for a leisure trip as a family of four and had an enjoyable experience. The room was clean and its convenient location, being connected to Mid Valley Southkey mall, made it easy for us to get meals and explore the area. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the evening refreshments at the Lounge on 17 May 2025. Mr Ahmad, who was attending to guests at the lounge, was attentive and friendly. He took the time to recommend suitable dishes and helped us with refills, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a positive stay and we would consider returning in future, especially for the convenient location and warm service.

I recently stayed at St Giles @ Southkey and overall had a fairly pleasant experience, with a few areas that could be improved. Having direct access to the mall is a big plus, especially for those looking to explore without needing transport. Check-in Process: The check-in process was acceptable — not especially fast, but handled smoothly and without issues. Room: The room was clean and of a decent size, providing a comfortable environment. That said, the bathroom could use better maintenance; there was mould around the tiles and the toilet seemed to have a tendency to choke. Internet: Wi-Fi speed was okay — suitable for browsing and general use, though it might not be ideal for high-bandwidth tasks. Sustainability: I appreciated the hotel’s commitment to sustainability. The availability of a water dispenser on the floor was a welcome touch, reducing the need for single-use plastic bottles. Parking: Car park charges are RM5 per entry, which is worth noting if you plan to drive in and out multiple times a day. Final Thoughts: St Giles @ Southkey is a solid choice for travelers who value convenience and sustainability. The location within a major mall is unbeatable, and while there’s room for improvement in bathroom maintenance, the overall stay was comfortable and practical.

My cousin booked this hotel for us during our family gathering in JB. I was impressed with the service rendered by the receptionist where they managed to give us all to be on the same floor despite peak season. All our rooms are very clean, housekeeping did a great job in cleaning the room. Bathroom is also clean as well. The hotel maintained their facilities well, we used the pool and gym. Breakfast was good, a lot of variety. The main plus point of this hotel is connected to Mid Valley. We can shop and go back to our hotel room easily. Overall this is a clean hotel, safe place to stay, great location and wifi internet is free and fast.
