Was here on a weekend morning. Was finding a quiet place for coffee and doing some work on my laptop. Ordered the big breakfast. Very decent and price was reasonable considering the environment. The staff, John was super accommodating and helpful. He even helped to find me a spot with charging points. Will be back for sure!

Food was great, and prices were very affordable! We had the 3 course Sulwhasoo set during lunch, and tried the truffle fries. The food came out really fast, and tasted great. The truffle fries especially packed a great flavour, strong and crispy but not too much truffle! Service was also friendly and quick. Special mention to John, Germaine and Ben. Would highly recommend.

The concierge at level 1 was exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome. I experienced an allergic reaction to the linens on my first night. After reporting this, they immediately replaced them, which resolved the issue completely. The breakfast offering was simple but adequate. The gym facilities were standard. I was particularly impressed with the housekeeping team, who maintained my room to an excellent standard.

Great staff, as well as great stuff. Friendly and approachable individuals who serves their customers with a smile every single day. They even ask for feedback regarding their pastries and drinks if they could make any improvements. The environment is very chill, a nice place to do work when you're out of office as well. Special mention to John and Mario for the great work.

Just out of a meeting at 1864 of Sofitel (Singapore) at Wallich Street. Coffee and service was very good. Germaine there is a super salesperson. I came. I ordered a flat white. She encouraged me to try the croissants. I did not want to but as she explained they started to sound like an option. No regrets. Great warm croissant with butter. Off to my next meeting with a smile.
