Good customer service from the staff, especially the reception and concierge. Clean rooms, bathroom was sparkling and the view…. amazing! Lots of enjoyable amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, tennis court and gym. The gym was well equipped, the tennis courts were good too however the racquets provided were in need of replacements. Other than that it was a great 3 day stay.

Spacious, well-appointed, on-site parking, clean, and modern. Staff were amazing ? so polite and welcoming! A beautiful fresh arrangement of seasonal flowers greet you in the lobby, rooms are spacious with large work space if needed, sitting chair with foot stool was an additional and unexpected luxury ? ? The view of the night time city scape was devine and the halls and lobby smelt fresh and floral... as did my room!!! My bed was soft, and the pillows were super comfy and towels fresh and fluffy (super important), and the shower head was great! Such a pleasant stay here, and I look forward to coming back!

I had a delightful experience eating at the Sofitel buffet in Brisbane today! The buffet was well-designed with a focus on creating an Easter ambiance. The stylish dining area was such a delight to be in. The tasteful decor and the city views were amazing! The atmosphere was refined and there was a focus on high-quality ingredients, with local produce and seasonal items. The variety was extensive, catering to different tastes. There were fresh seafood including oysters, prawns, mussels, and fresh salmon. Various meat, poultry, and vegetable dish options. French cheeses and french charcuterie were also on offer. For dessert, crèmes brûlées, pana cotta, chocolate melted cake, sorbets and more! The restaurant staff were so attentive, clearing plates promptly and always offering assistance. In all, I had a great experience eating at the Brisbane Sofitel today! I highly recommended!

Check in experience was seamless. Amazing service by very committed staff. Respectful, professional, and kind. The wider hotel experience was faultless. Food, valet, and cleaners do a remarkable job, in some very challenging circumstances. Diplomacy personified.
