Rooms would have received 5 stars BUT!! There was a sensor/fire alarm thing on the roof in the hallway that was flashing orange and red and when u are trying to get to sleep it looks like there is a disco happening in the hallway and it was really annoying. But on the positive was the view, I liked how there was like a padded bench seat next to the window that we could sit at and take in the view. The beds and pillows were very comfy, best motel beds I've ever slept on. Staff was very helpful and friendly, rooms were nice and clean. Couldn't really fault anything at all except that light. Haha I'm keen to stay there again on my next holiday to Sydney, was in a great location. Thanks team.

This hotel is amazing. We were upgraded to a corner suite which was brilliant fur us and our daughter, she had a big separate space. Views of the harbour and opera house WOW. the staff were so accommodating which helped male our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. The food we had in the bar was very good, we didn't do dinner ot breakfast as there are so many great food options nearby. Loved this hotel.

The staff at this hotel are extremely well trained and made us feel like valued guests the moment we arrived. I was impressed with the high end complimentary bathroom products. The view from my room was amazing. No detail was left out in these rooms. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Has been a long time desire of mine, since the building of the hotel 20 years ago to visit and take in the views of Sydney harbour. I was not disappointed, booked a 31st floor room with views of vivid and have loved every minute. Staff have been great, rooms are lux. Not a great location if you are relying on a pram to get your baby around but one of the staff generously showed us the way around without stairs. Overall very happy with our stay!
