The place satisfactorily design can be improved further by repairing all the damages and replacing the missing remote control, repair/replace damage glass door locks, and glass side staircase. Second floor common area without TV. Wifi is available from the ground floor up to the second level only. The front porch is good for 3 cars comfortably. Room facing the west side noted lacking day curtains and night curtains. The sunlight and the heat are unbelievable. The first staircase fitted with a set glass panel is flimsy and not properly secured. This may be hazard to occupants and/or visitors.
