We had an amazing stay in this place! The hosts are beautiful people, they welcomed us with a big smile and organized for us a perfect full-day safari with breakfast included. Also all the meals we had at the cottage were incredibly delicious, don't miss them!!! The room was big, clean and surrendered by nature: it's a very quiet and peaceful place. Totally recommended.

One of the most memorable stays we have had in Sri Lanka. Beautiful earthy homes with incredibly kind family. The food was delicious and home made and the cottage was very peaceful and clean. We will be back for sure.

We had a great stay at the cottage, the place is surrounded by beautiful nature and the room was super spacious. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night so we only managed to have dinner there once, but the food was super delicious! We booked in advance a tour for the Udawalawe National Park and it was spectacular. Our guide, Namal, was super sweet, attentive, patient and very very informative. He took his time explaining everything about each animal, made sure to avoid the roads where too many people were so we could be fully at peace with nature, and kept his distance from the elephants so that it would be them that approached us rather than having ourselves forced into them. We got very lucky that day and saw a wide range of animals and so many elephants, it was one of the best things of our entire trip, if not the best.
