The hotel manager on duty was incredibly kind, approachable, and welcoming. The security personnel also showed remarkable kindness, making us feel safe and valued. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely at home. The staff's warmth and hospitality made our late-night check-in a seamless and enjoyable experience. Kudos to the entire team for their outstanding service! I highly recommend Rydges Bankstown to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Outstanding Service- The service we received was exceptional, particularly from Alanna and Mohammed. Judging from other reviews, we’re not the only ones who experienced their genuine hospitality. Free On-site Parking- Ample, secure on-site parking was handy. Facilities - There were a few maintenance issues, which I reported and hope to see those issues remedied to be able to stay again. This place is great, it just needs some maintenance/a refresh.

I had an excellent experience at Rydges Bankstown thanks in large part to ‘MO’ . He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. He remembered my preferences, gave excellent local recommendations, and even helped me resolve a minor issue with my booking with a smile. His positive attitude and genuine care made my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend him and this hotel to anyone!".

The room was standard. No fan in the bathroom. Aircon took forever to heat up my room. My shower head needed replacing, which I noticed was done whilst I was out of the room. This made me feel uncomfortable with having my personal belongings lying around. Service was lovely, security (Mo) is lovely, housekeeping is lovely, etc. Breakfast is great! I did have nothing to wash my cups & spoon with, though. The location was perfect for where I needed to get to! There was 1 issue where 2 maintenance men entered my room without knocking as reception told them no one was in there. By the time I had the chance to get up, my door was opened... Maintenance claimed they knocked, but they didn't & all I heard were keys jangling. It wasn't until AFTER I raised this issue with reception that I heard the men start knocking on people's doors before entering... I raised this again, respectfully, upon checking out, with reception & let them know to be mindful of solo female travellers that may be really triggered by this kind of occurrence, not to mention I could have been getting dressed etc myself. There are no latches on the door, so I did feel really uncomfortable after this! Reception were very apologetic & took my feedback on. However, it still occurred, so I feel the need to raise this for any other solo female travellers attention!!

We had a truly wonderful two-night stay at this hotel during a very cold winter. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a complimentary hot drink at the entrance by a security staff member named Muhammad. He spoke Arabic, Bengali, and English fluently, and his friendly and sociable manner made a great first impression. He was also very responsive and culturally aware when we needed assistance with our room. The reception team was also welcoming and helpful. When we requested a room with a view of the swimming pool, they met our needs immediately. The room was clean, the amenities were great, and parking was both easy and free. A great things also to mention is the swimming pool, which lights up with beautiful, colourful lights at night, which appealed to the kids. We had a fantastic experience overall and definitely plan to come back
