Alan was so helpful though we didnt stay the whole trip in hongkong there due to technical issue with the plumbing, but he kindly offers a night for free and return us back our booking money plus some extra cash. Really considering and caring, though he had to deal with the issue himself and probably facing a lot of repair cost upfront he still keep being a good host and you can feel his sincerity and integrity. Room is good for its price, newly renovated, netflix tv, good silent ac. Probably the best value accomodation in the area

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional, with the owner and staff always attentive and friendly. The location is perfect, just a short distance from popular attractions, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The room was spotless and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a water heater, hair dryer, air conditioning, and plenty of space. I especially appreciated the complimentary toiletries, bath towels, as well as the hot and cold water and microwave available throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, making our experience even more seamless. We were also able to store our luggage for free while we roamed around TST after our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!
