My mom, auntie and I have stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights and that this was my first time visiting Hong Kong. The rooms that we stayed in was in a room with 3 beds. The hotel provides semi breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. The location was perfect because close the MRT and other things.

The location is great, right by Harbour City and Kowloon Park, and the staff are generally polite. However, during my stay some of the rooms clearly had guests smoking inside despite the hotel’s no-smoking policy. The lingering smell of cigarettes was very unpleasant, and it seems the hotel struggles to enforce this rule — especially with some mainland guests ignoring it. A stronger effort on room upkeep and strict enforcement of the non-smoking policy would make the experience much better.
