Amazing place to stay with a great family feel. Pete & Julia make you feel incredibly welcome. Rooms are spacious and clean with all you could need. Sitting and eating breakfast here beats any commercial hotel you could ever book. Highly recommend and I will be back.

I found this historical gem by chance and by a whim. I was welcomed warmly by Pete, and he was very diligent and showed me to my room and through to what felt like stepping back in time to a home that is classic timeless and a home built for a wealthy person, this place will be aesthetically pleasing and will give you the potential for endless inspiration with the decor and the well kept gardens. The Jarrahwood floor boards to the detailed carving you'll see on the walls. I really felt the proud ness of this house and barely has much of the modern technology we use to. If you love and appreciate antiques and beautiful surroundings and scenery and exceptional hospitality, then please book the rosebridge house bed & and breakfast, which is cooked by Pete & Julia. They really are exceptional. They make their own bread, which was so delicious.. One night is not enough, as we found out.

I Had a wonderful stay at the Rosebridge. Most friendly hosts Peter and Julia. The place is in a quiet spot with beautiful gardens and calming water feature. Nice clean room with all the necessities. I Will definitely be coming back. Thank you Peter and Julia.

A wonderful, beautiful and peaceful B&B. Gardens are fantastic, birds and bandicoot feeding at breakfast a delight to watch. Our hosts Peter and Julia made us so welcome, and the breakfasts each day -delicious. Highly recommend it.
