I contacted Customer Service and was fortunate to have Kerry manage my call and my issues when placing an Online order. Her willingness to help and then review my order saved me . I had put the incorrect flight number.Her followup and pleasant manner was not only outstanding. It gives me joy that there are still some companies who value their people and hire great staff. Well done Kerry.

I sent a long winded email to Perth duty free, thinking I wouldn't get a response back in time, and I would be stuffed around waiting for them to find it. But then I received an email from Kerry Warren in customer service, advising that she has located my order, and updated it for me and it will be ready for collection on arrival. She was very helpful, and made me feel confident and less stressed, knowing it was all good. Thank you Kerry your the best x

My wife had some issues with her online order as she didn't receive a confirmation email and our credit card wasn't charged when she ordered some duty free items a few days ago. I proceeded to get in touch with customer service via email and when I didn't receive a reply, called the mobile number on the website. But seeing that it was over the Easter weekend, didn't expect anyone to answer and didn't think that I would receive a call back till after the holidays. But to my very surprise, I received a call from Kerry Warren, on a Saturday, who assured me that she would look into this matter for me and if there was any charges that needed to be refunded, she would get that organised. She also offered her help if I had any other issues with the order. She has been so helpful and went out of her way to ensure that there was no further issues with my wife's order that I cannot praise her customer service skills enough. Such a breath of fresh air when one receives outstanding service like this. Kudos to Kerry.

Arrived at the Perth arrival store from a over sea holiday. Was greeted with a positive smile and attentive staff members. Needed to purchase a facial cream "La Prairie" that wasn't on the shelves. Staff were quick to collect the cream from their other store at the airport. Mean while staff continue to talk and ask how was my vacation whilst waiting. All staff own their section and ready to make a sale with a warm greeting. Excellent customer service,

I had ordered duty-free liquor online. However, only when I was collecting the order did I realise that I had ordered beyond my allowance. Staff were very helpful and gave me an email ID to request for my refund. However, they were proactive and sent out the refund even before I asked them for it. Great support from Kerry Warren!
