one of the best hotel location in shanghai. this hotel is directly on top of Yu Garden metro exit 3, direct opposite of 2 wholesale market (a lot of cheap chinese souvenir here) and 500 m to Yu Garden. service also amazing, Alex did an amazing job at breakfast, the Concierge team also very helpful, they can help you set up chinese apps & help you online shopping on the apps too. definitely will stay here again when i come back to shanghai

We stayed here in April and May of 2025.. The location of this property is fantastic. It is near shops, restaurants, walking distance to Yu Gardens, Nanjing Road and an easy taxi to all the other areas. The entire staff was absolutely wonderful and professional! We had a seamless check-in and check out. The bell service and concierge helped us with ordering taxis and storing our luggage. The breakfast buffet staff were friendly and accommodating. We used the pool one evening, and again, the staff was very nice. Our room #719 had the perfect view of the tops of Yu Gardens and the lights of some of The Bund buildings! Housekeeping was very thorough and attentive, always replenishing water bottles and towels. They checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything including laundry service. We even experienced a mishap where we accidentally left credit cards in the taxi on our way to the airport. We called the hotel and worked specifically with Zoey Hu at the front desk who was able to recover the credit cards from the taxi driver. What would have been a very stressful situation, Zoey Hu went well above and beyond to save our day. Top notch service!! Thank you, Zoey Hu!!!! I've stayed at this hotel in 2019 and I'm so glad that we chose to stay here again.

I had a good experience staying for 3 nights. The room is spacious and we have a great view of the Bund from the room. The service is great and breakfast is delicious.
