Stayed here for 5 nights. As others have mentioned, the rooms are compact. However for the price the rooms are very reasonable - well equipped and comfortable. In the room we had a small fridge, kettle, desk/chair, TV, as well as space to hang wardrobe items. The bed was very comfy. The bathroom had a slightly drainy smell at times, but very clean otherwise. We were on floor 19 and had a good view from the window. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from Roppongi subway station, as well as close to lots of shops and restaurants.

The hotel is near a subway station, there are also a lot of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The rooms are a bit small, we had no space for our clothes as there was no real wardrobe, only a few hangers for our coats. But overall we were very happy with this hotel!

Ventilation kind of hard to get right in the room, and a bit on the loud side - other than that the room is nice and quiet. Opening the window not possible. Pretty nice view from higher floor rooms. Decently clean, but not as clean as most other places in Japan we stayed at.

My wife and I stayed here last year and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, with lots of businesses and shops nearby. While the rooms are a bit small—as is typical for hotels in Tokyo—they were still comfortable. Everything was clean, and housekeeping did a great job of tidying the room daily and replenishing the water.
