Stayed here over night on a weekend. The room price was decent for a CBD stay. It's a little dated but overall the rooms were clean and spacious. I did try the buffet breakfast and this was good. Only a small spread but it was more than sufficient. The hotel is located very close to Flagstaff station and tram stops so it's very easy getting around. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for 3 nights while I was in Melbourne. The staff, people at reception, waitress staff at the restaurant and the bartender (especially Peter!) all were incredible and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Everyone was friendly and nothing was too much. The food and cocktails were good, affordable and the room was comfortable. It was nothing flash, but it was clean and the hotel was close to public transport links. Thank you so much and I will definitely be booking to stay here again when I’m back in Melbourne in a couple of months! ??

I have stayed for four nights. I can not fault it. The location is excellent. The rooms are clean and tidy. The service is fantastic. The staff are so lovely and welcoming. The manager Mirisha is a legend, she goes above and beyond to make you comfortable, she is very kind and thoughtful with a gorgeous smile. Same as Her assistant Karo. I had an issue with my car and Karo helped me all the way to the car park to make sure Iam not alone. The staff have a good customer service values and ethics.They work together as a lovely family. My in-laws stayed on their 10th wedding anniversary. From the time they arrived with valet parking and the beautiful accommodation, it was made very special by the friendly staff. Going to the restaurant down stairs for dinner to a buffet breakfast in the morning was a great experience and would highly recommend it. Thank you for making their stay extra special.
