We absolutely loved this hotel!! We arrived earlier in the day and because a room was available they kindly allowed us to check in early which was so helpful. If they can’t do that they happily look after your bags for you. The rooms are amazing so colourful and well appointed. Comfortable beds (2 singles) fantastic rainwater shower head! Fab views of the city through the floor to ceiling windows. Excellent location very near the Skybus express airport bus.I loved the warm swimming pool for a bit of early morning exercise. A complementary bottle of wine and late check out at 12pm. Thank you to the friendly staff too.

Front reception should improve their customer service. We ran out of body wash in just 2 days. Someone came in to clean the room but did no check and top up. Gym was good plus the view. We were placed near cleaning room storage and electric hub. Staff/cleaners slam the doors and I could hear them.
