Great location, really good breakfast cooked to order. Bella is the best thing about this place. She is so kind, genuine and extremely helpful in helping to make plans and provide suggestions. She helped me decide where to go next based on weather and I had the time of my life on the ha giang loop. She would even text me to see how I was doing while on the tours, and would walk with me to the bus that would pick me up and see me off. You can tell she really cares. She also booked me on VIP sleeper buses which were so comfortable. Any time I had questions while on a tour I could message her on WhatsApp and she would reply promptly. Henry was also kind and when I was having a rough day he brought me coffee which means alot when you’re solo traveling. While it’s not a particularly social hostel you can still meet people. The beds are comfortable. It has an elevator as well. My only gripe is that I recommend booking Sapa tours when you get to Sapa as the price was much cheaper at my hostel there than what I paid here.

We really enjoyed our stay. Bella made sure we were looked after and was very helpful with recommendations and booking our bus to Ninh Binh. Location is very central, the room was roomy with a small balcony at the front looking over the throng of people and bikes downstairs. Highly recommend staying here. Thanks Bella.

Amazing hotel in a great part of the city, with very easy walking access to all of Old Quarter. Bella is amazing! She was extremely helpful and made sure our stay was comfortable. We stayed here twice and it was a great experience, with super helpful staff, and great breakfast and laundry options. We highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

Bella is the goat. Great lil hotel in the heart of old quarter. Clean and cozy rooms with even better service! Stayed here twice on our trip and got laundry on the second one. Laundry came back clean as a whistle and folded + packaged neatly. Amazing hotel
