What an excellent experience.... the room was stunning with a fantastic view across the river. The location is brilliant. There are streets of restaurants bars and shops at your doorstop. The hotel boasts a lovely restaurant for breakfast and a lovely evening meal most nights. All the staff are lovely ? Although we felt we were extremely lucky to have Malcolm Clack look after us upon arrival.... a charming, efficient and super lovely young man, for whom nothing was too much trouble. He really went the extra mile to ensure our stay was a memorable one. Thanks Malcolm... because of you - We will be back!

Quay West Suites is our favourite place to stay in Melbourne. We love the location, and the view from the rooms is spectacular. The rooms themselves are spacious with everything you need for an enjoyable stay, including bath and bathrobes. The large balcony is the perfect place for your morning coffee or evening nightcap. The pool facilities are wonderful, and the staff make you feel very welcome. Our only disappointment this time was being placed on the lowest level, which meant less privacy due to foot traffic outside.

Quay West is in a great location along the river. Close to public transport, restaurants & sight seeing. The accommodation was brilliant & had everything we could need. The pool was a favourite & the buffet breakfast, albeit a little small was still a hit. Room service was needed & arrived in 2mins. We really enjoyed our stay. A special thanks to Stephen for saving me at check-in with a big mix-up he effortlessly helped me solve. I truly appreciate it & hope to be back soon.

Great stay. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Apartment was in a good central location, close to Flinders street station. Good to have space to move around and a kitchen to use. Bed was comfy and view was great with the private balcony. Enjoyed the pool, was not cold like other places. Breakfast was nice with a great selection and barista made coffee.

Booked a one bedroom Superior suite with city views (11th June) and was upgraded at check-in to a one bedroom deluxe with city and river views. The hotel reception area has a cosy living room feel with gas fireplace and comfortable lounges. The accommodation was very well appointed, with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining room and lounge room all furnished tastefully, including some lovely artworks. The mini bar selection was also a pleasant surprise. The staff were standouts and should be congratulated on their level of service - from Emily checking us into the hotel, to Barista Reece in the dining room, Melanie looking after us in the breakfast area and Malcolm at reception on check out - staff were very friendly and accommodating. Parking underneath the hotel is very convenient and Quay West position to Southbank, Hamer Hall, Arts Centre, National Gallery of Victoria makes it a great destination to park the car and walk to explore Melbourne. We'll definitely be back to Quay West to explore more Melbourne has to offer.
