My father (Romzi) is a frequent customer at this hotel, he chose to stay at this hotel everytime he visited KL. This hotel has a nice location and the food was great. Staff here is very friendly and provided good customer service, especially Chef Zul. Chef Zul go above and beyond to provide us an outstanding hospitality including preparation of birthday surprise and attending to our queries. We will always come back for its services

Stayed one night here, room was on a high floor (actually all rooms are level 26 and above) and had a fantastic view of the city from the room. Room is also spacious and the beds are comfy except that it was actually quite high (no problem for me). Air-con was responsive to temperature changes. Not five star rating because the was the toilet was not in tip top condition and there were stains on the shower side walls, stains on the toilet bowl and the toilet seat cover. You could hear the faint sound of the elevator movement if your room is near the lift lobby. Overall, still a pleasant and convenient place to stay especially if you need to go shopping at Sogo or along Masjid India area.
