Room booked by my Wife. For a budget hotel this was exceptional especially after just spending 3 nights in a shoebox of a hotel in Earls Court for four times the price..Beautiful big room spotlessly cleaned and a lovely note left by Diana from housekeeping who had prepared the room for us. Really nice little touches. Reception staff super helpful, had a drink and something to eat in the bar restaurant and it was really nice. Good food and efficient friendly service. Recommended and will stay there again when next in London. Also a mention for Mantis who helped us out with the keycards and parking, nothing was too much trouble.

Hello. I would like to wholeheartedly recommend the Premier Inn New Southgate starting from the clean rooms we were accommodated in, continuing with the welcoming restaurant and the very good and fresh food. The staff spoke to us very pleasantly and warmly especially Alex who was very friendly with us. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience! I can't wait to come back

A perfect stay! We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The welcome was warm and attentive, the service was impeccable from start to finish, and the amenities exceeded our expectations — everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The food was delicious and generously served, a real treat every time. A huge thank you to Masha and Alex for her kindness and professionalism — she truly made a difference! We’ll definitely be coming back. .

Rooms are as you would expect in a large chain - clean, comfortable and consistent. Worth noting if you are staying for multiple nights that rooms are not serviced unless you ask. Restaurant - evening meals are really good, much better than I expected the, to be and the staff were excellent. Car parking - the car park is the ground floor of the apartment block directly across the hotel. It is secure but the spaces are quite narrow. £8 per night which needs to be paid on arrival using the machine outside the front door of the hotel. Tip - the hotel parking spaces are only H1 to H60 - make sure you only use those.

We stayed at this Premier Inn when Queen Bey ? came to Tottenham and we had a great stay. Bibi on reception was lovely, she looked after us and ensured we had everything we needed. Just to note that the windows don't open and the air con doesn't get particularly cool, so maybe request a fan if it's very warm? Overall, a good stay.
