The room itself is perfect. Clean, warm and comfortable. Not much else you can ask for from a cheap hotel, somewhere safe to lay your head at the end of a fun day out. Service and facilities sadly let it down. Smart TV in room, with no smart functions (not connected to the Internet, despite having free WiFi with the room). Had to book a table to eat in the half empty restaurant. Booked for 7pm. Only one staff member who was obviously on other duties as she was hard to find when trying to order. Food took 30 mins to arrive which is disappointing considering it wasn't a freshly cooked meal - it was very clearly frozen 'whack it in the oven job done' kinda meal. Drinks arrived 10 mins after meal. The staff were really friendly so I can't fault that at all. I guess just like everything else they've cutting costs and that sadly has an impact on customer experience.

Edited to add:

Take back what I say about cleanliness. My brand new white socks were brown after less than an hour walking on the carpets in the room. Horrible. Also I am a very hot sleeper. Asked for new sheets and a breathable duvet. Didn't have one but provided new sheets. Only they left the old sheets in the room and didn't air it out (windows don't open) so we came back to a room smelling of sweat. Very unpleasant.

Other comments talk about contractors parking in disables spaces. This also happened while I was here, all three days. See pictures attached.

Breakfast - expensive and nasty. OJ tasted like pineapple juice. Bacon was undercooked and 'wibbly' if you know what I mean. Other guests also complained about how undercooked it was but staff simply replied 'the thermostat said it's good'. Surely if all of your guests are complaining that the bacon isn't done enough, you'd do it a bit longer regardless of what the thermo says? Told to sit to the left of the restaurant, but all tables were dirty with plates etc left.

Bar - on returning from our venue in the evening we stopped at the bar to grab a couple of drinks for the room. The chap who was on bar didn't know what gin and tonic was. I had to explain which bottle he needed to grab (tonic) and had to describe a green Gordon's gin bottle in order for him to even make my drink. Took about 10 mins for him to put the order through, while he explained that he was new and still learning. I reassured him it's not his fault if he's received inadequate training and offered to get his colleague from the office which he declined repeatedly.

Final comment on overall experience. Very disappointing. Staff were impossible to find at times. Food was really bad and too expensive. Very far out from everything which is my fault for not looking better, but it doesn't help that ubers rarely pick up from here as they might get charged by the dodgy PNC.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

I’ve stayed at this hotel three times, and each visit has been consistently disappointing.
•	The cleanliness is absolutely unacceptable—the rooms and common areas feel neglected.
•	The staff are not friendly at all and seem uninterested in helping guests.
•	I requested room service three times and never received anything.
•	Every time I check in, I have to wait 15 to 30 minutes for someone to attend to the front desk.
•	The heater in my room was not working, and I ended up catching a cold due to the freezing conditions.

Overall, this hotel has serious management and service issues. I do not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

Dont state the price of their breakfast on the menu. Reception doesnt answer the phone and they seemingly only offer day permits for parking at £18 which is pretty steep for on premise parking. If you wish to correct me on any of that answer your bloody phone

Great location for visiting London and a comfy bed. That is where the positives end. The staff are unhelpful and uninterested the rooms and corridors are not clean. At breakfast we had to find our own cutlery and clean our own table. This was a Sunday morning and it was not busy at all. Very disappointing
