The rooms are generally nice and tidy, only downside is the walls might be too thin which cause you to be able to hear noise from other rooms. Service was good, they were understanding and helpful. Side note they only provide one room key, so when I went out alone at night while my friends sleep, you can ask the staff to help you open the door just by showing your identification and room number Location was a bit far from the main towns and all especially if you going to ATV, island hopping and water parks. but it's very near the airport

I had a wonderful stay at Poolrada Boutique Hotel for four nights. From the moment I checked in, I found the hotel to be comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The modern design adds a stylish touch, making the overall ambiance pleasant and inviting. One area that could be improved is the breakfast selection. The menu options were quite limited, so adding more variety would enhance the dining experience. A special thanks to the housekeeping team, especially for the excellent room service on 13th February 2025. I truly appreciated the effort in making up the room and loved the beautiful towel presentation on the bed—such a lovely touch! Would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Exceptional. Hotel setup is interesting and clean. Roof top hangout area, the multi level pools, gym, cafe, restaurant. Staff friendly and speak English well. The room is spacious, well equip, TV channels are up and appropriate. You can order food from the room service in quite good price. Some room with balcony can view and/or access the pool. Location is off frm point of interesting, but near to 711, fresh market, food market, bar/restaurant. Pool can be crowded and noisy at times.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Poolrada Hotel, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. One of the standout features of this hotel is its location, which perfectly sits between the airport and the city, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The rooms were impressively clean and well-maintained, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. It’s always a relief to check into a room that feels fresh and welcoming after a long day of travel. A highlight for me were the two spacious swimming pools. They are large enough to accommodate many guests, which is perfect for relaxation or a bit of fun under the sun. It’s a great way to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. Lastly, I have to commend the staff for their excellent service. Every member of the team was friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was as pleasant as possible.
