We had a great stay! We booked for 2 days, it was near from the Pullman Hotel where we had our conference, just 5 minute walk. Perfect location for us, affordable hotel, room was nice and clean. The manager and the lady were very kind. There’s a small fridge, sink, cutlery, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, iron, Wifi, TV, those basic things you needed, which was great! Love it! We just had a bit of problem, the fire alarm was on top of the kitchen area where the toaster was, when we used the toaster, the fire alarm went on right away even though the bread hasn’t been toasted yet and we just put it. We panicked, it was early morning..and good thing we were able to turn it off immediately. The next day we had to use the toaster in the toilet ?. We remember the manager told us before we’d checked in, to be careful with the toaster. I guess, it already happened several times. It would be great if the fire alarm would be moved near the bed. Also, the reception area was very clean but the automatic air freshener they used in the hotel was so strong. I had to cover my nose due to smell. Sorry, but it was like a strong smell of an old lady’s perfume. Other than those 2 things, we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back. Thank you! ?

Wow! Park Regis Griffin Suites on 604, St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, VIC. is the perfect place to relax whilst visiting Melbourne. We upgraded from a Studio to a One Bedroom Suite. Easy booking On-line and Assistant Manager Vicky, at the Front Desk was AMAZING with a welcoming Check-In. ?? This is like a large Apartment...fully decked out with everything you need...a home away from home. Washing Machine and Dryer, Full Kitchen with Microwave, Gas Cooker and Dishwasher. Large ensuite Bathroom with shower and big bath, toiletries dispenser and great vanity area. Large relaxing lounge and four person chairs and table. Definitely be coming here again. Love ? this place.

We stayed for a training conference and we could not have asked for a better place to have it. Vicky and the rest of the staff are absolutely wonderful and will make sure you have the best experience. The rooms are older, but they are huge (the biggest hotel room you've ever seen in Australia huge) and clean. Additionally, if you're travelling for business, the conference rooms are great, functional, and quiet. All in all, fantastic place to stay and will book with them again in a heartbeat.
