The room is basic. No high-tech TV or devices however needs are met with comfort. The corner jet spa bath is very enjoyable. The supply of bathroom products were sufficient. The balcony is actually a decent size to sit out and relax. Split system a/c works fine. No espresso coffee machine however a kettle with tea and coffee sachets are provided. The bar fridge had individual milk pods, two water bottles and two chocolates. Overall a comfortable stay. Thank you ? (The furnishings definitely require upgrading as doors and drawers do not close flush and are well worn.)

Fantastic Venue for a Small Ceremony & Reception! We recently held our small ceremony and reception at Pagoda Resort & Spa and were absolutely thrilled with the experience. From start to finish, everything was incredibly organised, making our special day stress-free and enjoyable. A huge shout-out to Amy, who was an absolute superstar! She was so helpful with every detail, even assisting us with last-minute requests, which we truly appreciated. Her hard work made all the difference. The food was amazing, and we received so many compliments from our guests – everyone loved it! The staff on the day were also wonderful and very helpful. We booked one of the hotel's packages, and it was a fantastic deal, especially when compared to other wedding venues in Perth. Everything was set up beautifully and looked very pretty, exceeding our expectations. The hotel's location is super convenient, just 10 minutes from the city, and there's free parking right out front for guests, which was a huge bonus. We highly recommend this venue for anyone planning a small, intimate celebration!

Did you think the chaos ended with our wedding day? Nope! Five days after, both my husband and I were down with RSV and bedridden for over a week—because why not end things with a bang? ? But let me rewind to the important part: Amy and the Pagoda team were absolute lifesavers. Planning our wedding was a wild ride with more than a few unexpected bumps, and Amy was with us every step of the way. Through every hiccup, she remained calm, supportive, and genuinely caring. I can’t stress enough how much that meant to us—especially during the more stressful moments. Pagoda itself was an amazing venue—beautiful, flexible, and accommodating (even with our multiple room changes). The team made us feel taken care of from start to finish. And let me just say: Amy deserves a medal. When our wedding flowers went missing, she literally tracked down the delivery company, reviewed CCTV footage, and FOUND THEM. Like… who does that?! Amy the Wedding Detective, that’s who. Oh, and she also helped fix a broken stage. She’s basically a superhero. The wedding day was beautiful. The decor was exactly how I envisioned it, the food was delicious, and we got so many compliments from our guests. We’re honestly so grateful for everything. Amy, you were the calm in our storm, the MVP of the day, and we can’t recommend you enough. Thank you for going above and beyond—we’ll never forget it.

I attended a family 100th birthday celebrations. From the start all the staff were accommodating friendly and couldn't do enough for everyone. The High Tea was very nice with a wide ranging selection of foods. I highly recommend this venue
