Overall very happy with our 6 night stay at this hotel, especially as it was our first time in Osaka and we would be pleased to come back again. Our room was a modern huge 32 sqm, the size of the fridge was great and in particular, the best shower/bathroom/toilet design we have ever experienced. The options at the buffet breakfast were fantastic and we really miss this breakfast since we have returned home. There are just a couple of minor areas of attention for improvement. A few more drawers in the room would not go astray, and, more than 1 English speaking TV channel would be appreciated. The only channel, CNN, just focused on the USA, not the rest of the world. In summary, the location was excellent and reception so helpful when it came to ordering a taxi to go to Itami airport.

One of the best hotels that I've had the pleasure of staying in during my 10-day trip in Japan. Rooms are very clean and well managed. Bed is very comfortable and all the complimentary things are complete. One small suggestion is to put a door hook in the bathroom to hang our towels. Overall very recommended.

The hotel itself is at a convenient location and the amenities in the room are great! What I want to focus is the all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet. It is a bit pricey in Japanese standard, but it is definitely acceptable in America, especially when you look at the quality of the food. They serve both Western and Japanese cuisine. Everything is fresh and delicious. My favorite dish goes to the french toast. The Japanese way made it fluffy with the custard texture at the center. Once you top it with whipped cream, you won't need anything else. Highly recommended if you have an appetite for a big and tasty breakfast!

We had a great stay at this hotel — definitely value for money! We chose it because of its strategic location right at the crossing point between the World Expo site and the main shopping district. It’s also very well connected, with easy access to both major metro lines, making it super convenient to get around the city. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort and convenience at a reasonable price. The bed is very comfortable that makes u feel like home. The breakfast buffet is surprisingly well served with variety of foods. Definitely enjoyed our 6nights here.
