A Wonderful Stay at Orchid Hotel, Singapore I had an exceptional experience staying at the Orchid Hotel in Singapore. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. It is a warm and caring hotel. The receptionists are all friendly and polite. The location is good, close to many food centers. I will definitely come back to use the service again.

Amazing service, the beds are incredibly comfortable. The rooms are very clean. We would definitely stay here again. Felt like home away from home, thank you so much to the team at Orchid Hotel!

We arrived at midnight last night, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Very close to shops, plenty of variety of restaurants, hairdressers,massages and supermarkets . Rooms are very big and have all your essential needs. There was only one issue I had the food, which is supposed to be hot, was cold for breakfast. Hot water for making tea was lukewarm. Beautiful pool to keep cool in the high humidity.

It was extremely important Mr. Enthiran’s support while I was at the Orchid. He was gentle, empathic and a great profissional. During our second stay at the Orchid we once again felt the warm welcome, care and professionalism of Jimmy. He represents, right in the lobby, the spirit of this friendly hotel in Singapore. We hope to return here many times. What great team is working here!! Thank you so much!
