Very spacious and clean room, a bit aged but fine. Metro stations are bit of a walk which I like to avoid because of the Singaporean weather. Getting into city is easy with many bus lines but back is a bit tricky because the road in front is one-way. Service is nice they promptly send me the invoice after I left Singapore once I requested it

We were so lucky to find a 4-star hotel in Orchard that's kid-friendly and offers bunk beds. It’s close to tourist attractions like the Singapore Botanic Gardens, Orchard Road, and most importantly, it’s near a bus stop. The facilities are impressive, there's a bathtub in the bathroom, a 24-hour fitness center, a swimming pool, and restaurants offering Middle Eastern, Japanese, and Chinese cuisine. The breakfast here is also delicious, and the restaurant is Muslim-friendly. Our whole family, especially our child, was really happy staying here. It has become our top hotel choice when visiting Singapore.

I recently spent four nights (May 11–15) at this Hotel in Singapore, and I couldn’t have been more delighted with my stay. From the moment we arrived, the facilities were impeccable and the service truly five-star! our room was refreshed daily to spotless perfection, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special shout-out to the lovely team member in the restaurant who prepared a fun pancake and a little toy for my daughter—she absolutely adored it! The sixth-floor swimming pool was also a wonderful oasis for relaxation after busy days of exploring the city. The only minor quibble was some early-morning construction noise outside, but it didn’t detract from our overall experience. Unlike many Japanese hotels, razors and children’s toothbrushes aren’t provided—another small detail in an otherwise flawless stay. I highly recommend Orchard Rendezvous Hotel and look forward to returning on my next trip to Singapore!

Good location, Nice comfortable rooms. Only drawback was that no one seemed to answer the phone when you call. No dedicated number for Housekeeping or Room service etc. You have to call the operator but no one picks up! Even tried calling the hotel's listed land line number but no picks that up either! Other than that, can't complain about the hotel and it's facilities. They gave us connected rooms on request, discount vouchers for their restaurants. Nice.
