Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. A special thanks to M. Durai for the excellent housekeeping — the attention to detail truly made my stay extra pleasant. I really appreciated the care and effort.

Orchard Hotel is our favourite hotel to stay when we are in town. Excellent staff from front desk to their cleaning staff. In particular, Anna from the house keeping staff who was very friendly and responsible when she was cleaning our room. Room was very clean. Keep up the good work.

Stay Dates: 31 May 2025 - 5 June 2025 Room Type: Premier King Room (without breakfast) I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Orchard Hotel Singapore, and it offered a blend of comfort and convenience during my trip. The hotel's prime location near Orchard Metro Station makes it easy to explore the city, and it's surrounded by numerous shopping malls, which are just a short walk away — a perfect setup for those keen on shopping and dining. Upon entering my Premier King Room, I was pleased to find it spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The modern furniture contributed to a welcoming environment, which I appreciated. However, it's worth noting that the room was quite small. Given the higher price point of the hotel, I expected a little more space for relaxation. Another downside I encountered was the lack of complimentary water service; I found that water needed to be purchased. While there were complimentary coffee and tea-making facilities in the room, it would have been a nice touch to have bottled water available without an additional charge. This omission felt a bit unexpected for a hotel of this caliber. The service I experienced was satisfactory, but again, for the price, I anticipated a slightly elevated experience. While I enjoyed the cleanliness and the superb location, the limited space and the need to buy water might deter some travelers, especially those who prioritize budget-friendly amenities.

housekeeping is friendly,accommodating and service oriented. her name is ZHAOYING she cleaned my room 821 and 823 she's good and clean. buffet breakfast not much selection. Reception is fast but no welcome drinks not four star hotel. service/gurad at the entrance of hotel is good
