One More Heart At Fushimi Inari

The guest house is the nearest to Fushimi Inari which is so amazing. Literally you just step out and can enjoy the sightseeing. In the rooms it has a stove, microwave and washing machine which is a plus point if you're staying for many days. However the beds in the bedroom were too small. I think it was a semi double bed which was too short ?

I have stayed 2 nights, its location is very close to Fushumi Inari Temple and Fushumi Inari Station. All rooms are no smoking.

The One More Heart is a self contained apartment in the south east of Kyoto. As an apartment it was excellent, it had all the facilities you might need, was clean and comfortable. The location on paper is excellent, very close to both the JR and local train lines giving great access to Kyoto, Nara, Uji and others. Fushimi Inari itself is also a beautiful and excellent site to visit. This however is also the problem with the location, no matter the time of year it will be overwhelmingly busy during the day, this can be an issue taking bags to and from the apartment and station. While the bed is comfortable there are a few reasons that can cause issues with sleeping: The walls are quite thin, if your neighbours are up and noisy you will know it. There is a reason the fridge is not normally next to the bed, this is quite a noisy item and will continue all night. Finally there are small lights on certain parts of the electronics, I am not sure if this is tv or internet or just general items but there will be a glow in the room both from static lights that are always on but also some that are flickering all night. The whole thing is self service you are not supposed to interact with staff but the few I saw around seemed nice. They have however decided to use the stairs as storage which does file like a fire risk. The price was very good for the quality of the room and location, I would recommend it but perhaps advise bringing earplugs and a sleep mask.

We stayed in October 2023. The hotel is the closest to Fushimi Inari and is also a 5-minute walk from a train station. The rooms are nice, having a washing machine is very useful, the service was excellent, the receptionist was very friendly, he received our luggage and brought it to our room, gave us detergent, and he also speaks Spanish very well, so it is also recommended for Spanish speakers. Definitely we'll come back ありがとうございます?

The rooms are small and efficient at the same time. It is located at the heart of all the attractions. It's worth the money considering the location, but at the same time don't expect luxury
