We loved it! Our stay was remarkable! We had a 4-night stay and it was pleasant. From the perfect location with promixity to the train and bus station, to the room accessories, and groceries shops and markets, with top-notch restaurants nearby for nights out. We also had a kitchenette which made our stay very homely. The only problem the hotel's management needs to fix is its customer service on telephone and problems fixing skill. Telling would-be customers that you don't know if complaints on reviews may be fixed before their arrival leads to a negative reviews. We asked for cleaning of the very dusty surface behind the bed when we arrived but ended up doing it ourselves .

The rooms are small with no view, but very clean and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the kitchenette, which included a sink, induction hob, and a coffee machine – very convenient. Despite the cold weather outside, the room was always warm and cozy, which made my stay even more comfortable.

Great value for money! The room was absolutely spotless. We were pleasantly surprised by the room and mini kitchen that was in there. The only problems were that the shower head (if left on the wall attachment) would completely soak the bathroom as it was pointed upwards. There was also an incredibly strong smell coming through the vents, almost a chemical/paint smell. One night was definitely the maximum in here!

I had a really pleasant stay at NOX in Golders Green. It offered great value for money, especially considering the convenient location—close to local restaurants, a supermarket, and with easy transport links into central London. The room was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. I especially appreciated the handy kitchenette, which included a kettle, hob, and microwave—perfect for preparing simple meals. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Would definitely stay again.
