I really liked the clean pared down room. Lots of space. No extra decorative cushions, no weird strips of coloured fabric at the end of the bed. Free bottled water and milk only items in fridge leaving room for my own supplies. Vending machine available if needed. Large shower and spacious bathroom. Nice and quiet. Less than 50 metres to west HQ and Sydney Coliseum theatre. West HQ Lots of well priced food options. 20 min walk to Rooty hill station or bus just outside. Huge parking. Comfortable bed and nice pillows

I stayed for three nights for a business trip; the office is not too far away. I did not go anywhere else except the office and the hotel, West HQ just next door, walking less than 30 seconds. The food there was nice and reasonably priced. pretty of parking on site. The room is big and pretty spacious, I barely hear next door, but when the guest shuts the door, it was loud.

The Novotel was easy to deal with, helped us with an early check in, the room was very clean and tidy and very spacious - it was perfect for our wedding anniversary! West HQ was next door so this was handy too for a different meal option outside of going to the restaurant. They had free parking too which was great.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed and pillows were really comfortable and the shower was amazing. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Easy access to the club which had great dining choices and beautiful food.

Room was spacious and well laid out. The ventilated heating and cooling meant you could set a desirable room temperature to battle the cold days and nights. The beds were comfortable and utilities well maintained.
