This is a great hotel to stay at, the rooms and bathrooms are very neat, comfortable and feel safe. The staff downstairs is very helpful, especially the ones in the restaurant. The free breakfast was pretty good too with a good few vegetarian options. The location is great as it's right near the port and the main shopping street. Parking is free in the back of the hotel for guests. They even refilled my water bottles many times for free with fresh filtered water. The rooftop terrace offered nice views of the city which is a nice bonus. After reading other reviews, I wasn't sure fully what to expect but my expectations were exceeded and I could easily highly recommend this place when visiting.

Had to book this place last minute due to the original hotel being disgusting. This one is much closer to the ferry, costs around $60AUD (2024) and has a bar and karaoke on level 8 and a rooftop restaurant. Great place. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the best hotel at this location with clean rooms & generally friendly staffs.... except Front Desk staffs who are usually rude, especially male staff. 3 times, same bad experience.`

The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the Ferry Terminal. The bed was okay, but unfortunately, we didn't get the Twin Room we requested. The air conditioning placement is odd as it doesn't face the bed directly. Breakfast was below average, so I recommend saving your appetite for the great food options in the city. There's a lounge and a rooftop viewing point upstairs, perfect for chilling and enjoying the beautiful Tanjung Pinang skyline.
