We had a great stay at Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West! The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family, with two comfortable queen beds. It was the ideal base for our two-day Disney trip—just a quick 15-minute taxi ride to the park, which made it super convenient with a child. The breakfast buffet was fabulous, with lots of variety and great quality. The pool itself was lovely and clean, though the lifeguards were quite strict and the space felt a bit sterile—no greenery or plants to warm it up. That said, the location more than made up for it. The hotel is connected to a large mall filled with excellent restaurants, and there’s a great children’s park and playground just a short walk away. Highly recommend for families looking for comfort, convenience, and easy access to Disneyland and great local food.

The rooms are very spacious! I loved how soft the beds were. My only complaint is the bathroom If you're above 170cm, good luck using the toilet. They are quite cramped for tall people. My knees were almost hitting the wall every time I sat down The shower also kept leaking despite my shower door already being closed The rest of the bath tub was fine though. And the buffet was great! Loved the gym facilities. Pool was a little lacking but overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Nina Hotel

The hotel has been operating for many years, so the interior design may not look very modern, but it is well maintained. Its biggest advantage is the strategic location. The shopping mall is right downstairs, with several others connected together, making it very convenient. From the malls and sheltered link bridges, you can easily access both “Tsuen Wan West” and “Tsuen Wan” train stations. There is also a direct A31 bus from the airport that stops right at the hotel, which makes traveling even more convenient. The pleasant harbor view is another value-added highlight of the hotel.

Comfy room, convenient location, dinning, shopping, commute, all good. The concierge staff could be very rude at best hours, extremely rude. Can't imagine being yell at.one star took off from comment.
