Booked here as the price was cheaper (or so I thought - Wotif advertised $170 but upon check-in they charged $189) and because the ratings were higher across a few different websites than the alternatives of Joondalup City Hotel & Quest Joondalup. Room was a big, decent size. We travelled with an infant so the portacot, with so much space, wasn't in the way at all. The room was clean. Amenities good. Nice rain shower & was hot. Previous guests were still logged into the Netflix. We stayed on a Saturday night - The music from the Tav is LOUD so bring earplugs. And expect stragglers to make some noise as they're leaving at midnight. Wasn't enough to disrupt our sleep too much, but definitely a little. Maybe not recommended if you're a light sleeper. Lights from outside the room however did disrupt our sleep. Need to either dim them or block them out better with the curtains. Great, friendly staff upon check-in. Free drink upon arrival was offered at the bar & 10% off voucher when dining in their restaurant. Nice touch! Room service also available though with QR code ordering. Overall, a decent stay but definitely room for improvement.

Stayed here for a few nights and it was super accommodating. Loved the breakfast starter packs each morning and parking directly infront of the room. Room service was quick and delicious. Will definitely be coming back. ??

Wonderful helpful staff Charisse was amazing helpful and lovely customer service Dinner bought to my room And was scrumptious Roo Very clean bathroom. Shower glass so clean and shiny the bed was so soft I slept so soundly I look fwd to staying again Phone reception lady Bev was helpful and understanding to postpone night 2 to following week due to husbands surgery change The bar in the tavern so so nice realy clean and warm cosy
