I had to stay in the area overnight for a funeral the next morning. Location, cleanliness, facilities, size all met my expectations. A huge choice of places for dinner and breakfast right outside, as well as the hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly upon our arrival. The bed was so comfortable I wish I could bring it home with me! I noticed everyone complains about the noise, which is something the hotel cannot fix, although the complimentary ear plugs were comfortable, and I didn't hear a thing with them in. The TV provides all the streaming services but doesn't have a standard antenna so you can't watch free to air TV. Just log yourself in but remember to log off! Yes, we found the bathroom tap to leak when on, the vanity sink was very shallow, and the toilet seat hinge was broken but they didn't impact our stay at all and at least the rooms look modern! Complimentary drink on arrival, complimentary bottled water, room coffee, shampoos etc. are all included. I think some people are just a little too precious. I personally think the contractor sold inferior fitting when last renovated and the cost to replace them all would be significant. It all looks nice but functionally not perfect. I've stayed in many hotels in my working life and the Chester Hill hotel beats most of them.

We booked in at late notice for emergency accommodation and the staff were fantastic! We were towing a trailer and the staff were accommodating and gave us the VIP park to keep our possessions safe. The locals were lovely and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable! We would definitely stay again!

The rooms were spotless, the beds were comfortable and it was really quiet. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
