In short: This is a terrific hotel. All good reviews seem to be fake ones.

In details: I stayed in the room number 601, and it was a terrible experience. The room is dirty (feathers and hair from previous guests are everywhere, the toilet and sink are full of grime) and smelly (a mix of smell of cigarettes and musty). The blanket and head pillows are smelly also (We felt itchy immediately after lying on it). No bottle of water at all (we asked the receptionist and she told us that we have to buy them if we need fresh water), no soap for hand washing also. Exhaust fan in the bathroom does not work. The furniture is old and degraded (don't believe the advertising pictures, they were captured when the hotel is newly built, now everything is very different). The elevator is very small (the stair is very narrow also, hence useless in emergency case, at my point of view). We can here sound from the elevator while sleeping. I know it's cheap and the customers should not expect much, but all I need is just a clean room with 2 bottles of water and without any smell, but the room is far away from that.

Does its job for a cheap location but room wasn't cleaned before hand, opened drinks in the fridge and disgusting that they provide single use tooth brushes but tooth paste is 'common use'. Possibly from previous guests.

Also the drainage in the bathroom isn't efficient.

Chăn ga giống như dùng rồi. Không sạch như mới giặt. Còn rơi mấy sợi tóc trên giường.
Chăn không dám đắp luôn. Gối phải trải áo của mình lên, với lấy áo đắp.
Cô thì nói quá giờ 30k. Hôm sau gặp chú nói 40k/ giờ.
Thực tế chỉ đánh giá 2sao thôi.

Room is a bit old. From night to 12 noon 250k. Overtime 30k/hour.
The blanket looks like it's been used. Not as clean as newly washed. There were a few strands of hair left on the bed.
