The room is quite new and has enough space for two people to live. However, there was always a strong curry smell in the corridor, I wonder who is making curry product in their room.

There are only 3 elevators for a total of 300 rooms in this hotel. The elevators can easily get crowded during peak hours, such as check-in and check out time. You need to wait for a long time to get down.

This hotel is very convenient as it is pretty close to a few metro stations where you can get access to the airport.

However, the hotel breakfast was not that high quality. The rice was not good. Other food was also not that delicious given that you pay that much of a price to enjoy hotel breakfast. So guys, please do not go for the breakfast plan when you book this hotel. You can eat around the city with lots of other great options. This hotel value was not really worth that price to stay. Please consider other hotels to stay in Osaka unless this hotel price is cheaper as the room is fine but not for others. This hotel is quite new but I can really feel that. Maybe the material and maintenance they have is not really that good and with proper to good quality.

Lastly, the room soundproof is not that good. You can easily hear the noise of trains passing nearby at night.

The room is small with minimal space to walk and put your luggage. I cant open my luggage without putting it on the bed, and its only a carry-on size. It is quite tight for two people.

It is also very close to the train line and sound proofing is bad despite the earplugs provided. I did not get the breakfast so no comments on food.

The only plus is that it is close to the Nankai line. I booked through Agoda so maybe prices were a bit higher, but I felt it wasn't worth the price.

Located 1 stop away fr Namba, this means d room rates r lower, room size is larger n quieter. Lawson is just round d corner (across d road). Anytime Fitness is round d other corner (also across d road). Coin-operated washing machines n dryers r available on ground floor. Amenities - shavers, bath towel, comb, coffee, sugar, creamer, etc.r available for self pick up conveniently at lobby. Microwave is also available for use on Level 2 outside d cafeteria.

Twin room is spacious if u open 1 large luggage on d table n another on d floor. 1st impression of d room n hotel ?????? I wld have awarded it a 5* if not for d lousy housekeeping n this is my worst experience ever.

We don't require housekeeping daily as 1. we try to go green 2. we cld keep our room clean n smell-free. So I requested after 3 nights (total 6 nights). Was told beds in my room won't be made until 4 nights of stay.

Attached pic for trash which remained in my room aft housekeeping. Water stain marks were also seen in bathroom. I have nv experience such housekeeping before!! No idea if they forgot, or it's their SOP, removal of trash is d most basic for housekeeping. It's not that we didn't want to do it ourselves, there isn't any trash bin on our level for us to bring out our trash. There's only 1 recycling bin for plastic bottles on ground floor behind d lobby. Yet, we didn't receive any help fr housekeeping?

The hotel is right beside the railway tracks and you can hear them passing by. Not the best area.

The hotel room also felt extremely damp the whole time we were there no matter how much we turned up the AC.

The room was a decent size and the price was reasonable but I probably would not stay here again.
