Had a bit of trouble while checking in, we went there at 11am but was told by staff (a little rudely might I add) to leave and come back at 3 for checkin time. A little irked but understood so just dropped our luggage and went out for the day. Came back at 4 and staff initially gave us a hard time about booking a smoking room when we requested a non smoking one in Agoda and told us there’d be an extra charge of 6k yen per day to move floors, but Ms Yuraka (20 april shift) was very helpful and did the best she could for our situation. Rooms are clean and spacious, definitely big for Japan & great amenities. Staff were (mostly) friendly, hotel was in a great location within walking distance to almost all the iconic locations :3

Only complaint is that the carpet was old and dirty and the sheets were a little scratchy. We otherwise loved this hotel. It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet despite being on a bush street. The laundry lounge was great and the location was even better. We slept great here!

Rooms are clean and quiet. Bathroom is American style, not bad but would've preferred a Japanese bathroom. Service is great, they provide complimentary alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks and snacks at the guest lounge, and the lady attending there was nice and helpful to the customers. Location is awesome, right along the shopping district, lots of restaurants and near the train station. Lawson is right next to the hotel.
