The rooms, particularly the no-smoking suite I stayed in, are well-maintained and equipped with modern amenities, providing a comfortable and peaceful environment. The adherence to a no-smoking policy within the suites ensures that the air remains fresh and pleasant. However, one downside is the hotel’s lack of a designated smoking area. This might be an inconvenience for guests who smoke, as there is no specific area to accommodate their needs without stepping out of the hotel premises. Overall, Mercure Hotel in East Surabaya is a commendable choice for those who prioritize cleanliness, friendly service, and a good location in their accommodation choices. While it could improve by adding a smoking area, the positives certainly outweigh this minor shortfall.

This was my first time staying at your hotel, and I was quite impressed. The check-in process was quick and efficient. The hotel boasts a perfect location, and the room design is truly luxurious. However, I do have some feedback regarding the hallways between the rows of rooms – they felt a bit too dark and could benefit from additional lighting.

Got a business trip in Surabaya and this hotel was my choice. Located near my business venues, kinda helpful for me. The rooms are very decent. But there are no towel/clothes hooks in the bathroom ._. Over all I enjoy the hotels, the breakfast, the crews. Good service ??
