We feel relax and comfortable at the hotel. Room upgraded to pool access is plus and enjoy my swim easily, very happy pool time. Bathroom is huge and water pressure is so great. Good sleep for 2 night. Service is good and efficient. We did not try breakfast as we wanted to try local meals around island. Impressive stay and one of the best Mercure hotels we ever stayed

5 Stars – Amazing Stay! I had a wonderful experience at Mercure Langkawi. The room was spotless and beautifully maintained throughout my stay – huge thanks to the housekeeping team for their excellent work and friendly service. They truly made the stay extra comfortable. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth. Highly recommended – one of the best stays I’ve had!

As this hotel is only about 3 years old, the facilities are very good and clean. We stayed here for 3 nights on our recent trip to Langkawi and really enjoyed it. The hotel is close to a smallish mall which has food places and shops that cater to most needs. The beach is across the road from the hotel. Cenang is the main hub where most activities take place including the night markets and the fire show on the beach. So this location is ideal. The hotel has a swimming pool and other facilities but we didn’t really use them as we were out and about seeing the sights in Langkawi. We had breakfast included in our booking and that was the highlight for us as we enjoyed both the local cuisine and other normally breakfast items. Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. I have no qualms at staying in this hotel again. If you want a resort experience, this is not the place. They are normally located further away from this area. It really depends on the type of holiday you are after when booking hotels.

Stayed at Mercure Langkawi Pantai Cenang for 3 Nights, and overall, it was a very enjoyable experience! The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable, making it a great base for exploring Langkawi. Initially, we had a small issue with the air conditioning, but the staff handled it very professionally and quickly moved us to another room. The location is a big win — right across the street from the beach and walking distance to tons of restaurants, local shops, and duty-free stores. The hotel has great amenities, including a well-maintained pool that is open until 10 PM, gym, and lobby lounge. The buffet breakfast was good, and we also tried their semi-buffet dinner deal, which was delicious and very reasonably priced for the quality. Would definitely recommend it for couples, families, or even solo travelers looking to relax in Pantai Cenang without breaking the bank.

I had an exceptional experience during my stay at this hotel. The facilities, staff, food, and beverages exemplified the highest standards of professional service, setting a benchmark for other hotels to aspire to.
