We booked a room for 5 adults + 3 kids and we were initially worried about the space but upon reaching, check-in was a breeze and the space was just right for us! Rooms were super comfortable and clean. Theres 2 cute bunnies at the top floor and many people will buy food from the lobby to feed them. As such they may not be hungry to entertain you but sometimes they are so hungry! So i will recommend to check whether they have food remaining before purchasing more food for them.

the aircon is strong and location is good. Family room is very spacious. love the space for my children to run and amenities available. Front desk people are super friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Grand Batam Mall and food places. The price is right too! Book early because they are fully booked all the time.

This place is right in the heart of Batam Leisure Area. 2 shopping malls, Fancy Restaurants and Spa/Massage places. The Room is well designed for occupants staying for short or long periods of time. Very Homey. Beds are super comfy, Bathroom are pleasant. 11/10 Score

Everything in the room was so efficient and giving a lowkey japanese vibes. Mini kitchen available in the room. Full amenities. Separate washroom and toilet. Large space for your bags. They asked for deposit money to be returned when check out.

I had a wonderful stay at Manuka by Harvis. The room looked exactly like what was advertised—clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, especially one staff member who spoke Mandarin; he was incredibly kind and assisted me a lot during my stay (I forgot to get his name, unfortunately!). The hotel is conveniently located near several spots I wanted to visit, like It Sumo Tart, Gazoz Cafe, and Spring Massage. The area also has plenty of eateries and shops nearby, which made everything even more convenient. Check-in was super easy, and the overall experience was warm and welcoming. I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends!
