Gentrification has hit Batam. Cos specialty Aussie cafes and bistro are a thing here. Gazoz was one of the two impressive places we checked out. The food was well made and they accommodated to certain changes to the order. I thought my crab meet pasta was a little too sweet but then again, they could be catering to a more local palate. Lunch overall was a lovely experience. The menu is quite well thought out and kudos to the owners for asking for feedback. Definitely worth a visit.

Quality over quantity ? my repeat order menu is always the one that contain pulled beef (gnocchi or bagel) and salmon (salad or bagel) Their pulled beef is flavourful and very rare to find a good one in Batam. And their salmon is tender since its not grilled but even tho its not grilled, you can taste the smokey fragrant each bite because of the quality. For dessert I always go for lyche rose cake, the combination of lychee and rose bring a fresh yet relaxing fragrant, also the softest sponge cake I ever had in Batam.

Must visit cafe when you are in Batam. The food is super yummy and ambience is good with nice music. the lady boss is super friendly too. We ordered Potato Gnocchi with pulled beef, Spaghetti AI Granachio and Honey truffle potato pancakes. Most recommended is Gnocchi ?

Came here for lunch after much recommendation from 小红书！Best lunch and drink so far! The pasta is a must to order and to die for! The taste of the sweetness and the crab meat is just perfect! The triple cheese truffle toasties is very nice too! Honestly this two is the star of this restaurant in my view!

Overall a good experience. Consider on the higher end in terms of price and quality in batam. Spend around 140k per pax. Burger la and drinks are normal, nothing fanciful. But the chilli crab pasta is good. Recommend to try. Great place for large group especially family.
