The room is very nice, comfortable and clean. The reception staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. My flight was delayed and I arrived extremely late at 2 a.m. Fortunately, the staff still welcome me and help us to check in and prepare the key for us first so we can get in to our room in time. I really love spending my stay in Mansion One, it was excellent. I will definitely come back staying here if I came to Penang again later. ❤️❤️❤️

Disclaimer: I didn't have a perfect stay, but consider it close enough. I had encountered problems*, but everything is solved well enough, so I think it deserves full stars when I consider everything. Location: the location is pretty good. It's close to Gleneagles hospital, which was our purpose for this visit. It's literally just next door, very convenient, the hospital even provides transport to and from this place. Just beside it is the pharmacy with very reasonable (and better pricing than the hospital). Below the suites are coffee shop, convenient and souvenir shop. It's also a short ride (5-10 MYR) to many landmark like Pasar Pulau Tikus, Gurney Plaza, and many others. Trip to the airport costs around 22 MYR. It's near the beach, with by-the-beach diner. Didn't try to take the bus yet but I've seen a few passing by. Security is 24 hours, we got double door and double keys. There is a place to get and drop key after registration. The unit itself is clean, spacious, and sufficient for longer stay. There are facilities like fridge, washing machine, kitchen and appliances like microwave, kettle, water dispenser. There is a big area for drying the laundry as well, open air but under the roof, so we didn't need to worry leaving our laundry out there. We had problem with the washing machine*, but it was resolved. The toilets are a bit small, but good enough. There are plenty of pillows and blanket, although the quality are so-so*, including the beds that are too soft and squeaky*, but I had good enough sleep. Every room (except outdoor laundry and toilets) are equipped with air conditioners, which is great for Penang weather. We had problem with power sockets but it was resolved. There are sofa and dining area, couldn't work the TV out, but I didn't try enough. We need to clear our own garbage but the replacement and everything was provided. The organizer was responsive when we encountered problems and was very friendly and great with solutions. There are four elevators to access the apartment, when it's crowded, there will be some waiting time, but it's normal. On our last day, one elevator was broken but there are still three. Overall, we are happy with our stay, and will be back.
