The hotel is great! A wonderful pool at the sea. You can also have a seat at the sea, yet limited. The pool is amazing with great view of the sea... the staff at the breakfast is good too..they are very welcoming and polite.....the gentleman in the suit who is at the poolrestaurant and also can be seen at the breakfast was great.. he gave personal attention and was always smiling, thats a plus! I believe LK emerald is best value for your money. Its located at the beach, yet a bit further from all the noise of pattaya. So you can experience peace and still within a few minutes walk be in the center and stroll the beaches.. you can also walk from the beach of LK emerald to pattaya beach.....its great.. And i really dont want to say anything bad, but for a 4* hotel at the reception the older lady( i think she is the manager) can smile a bit more . It seems like she does not enjoy being there. She does not say a lot or greet people..even though she might do the job just good enough..The other staff at the reception was a bit more smiling and kind, yet i believe especailly in a 4* hotel and such a nice hotel as LK EMERALD they should all have a course in hospitality. I know how to give better hospitality as i was the first greeting them in the morning and wishing them a nice day. When we left i told them i enjoyed my stay and would leave a nice review and come back again...no response...no thank you and have a safe trip....no thank you for visiting us, etc...while its just a small effort to say and it makes the guest feel appreciated...if you have a business and want to make good money and attracting more people, these small details will make a big difference, no worries though, it was not really an issue for me,im already in a happy place within myself, but like i said: i know better what hospitality is? Upgrade the hospitality at the reception to a 5* hospitality and LK Emerald is perfect? Sorry for my critics, but if nobody says anything nothing will change? Our stay at LK Emerald Pattaya was absolutely amazing! The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of options and a live cooking station that made every morning a delight. The views from the hotel were breathtaking, adding to the overall luxury experience. The service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The lobby exudes elegance and sophistication, making a great first impression. We also appreciated the free shuttle bus, which made getting around so convenient. The swimming pool was stunning, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, Mr Num was very accomodating and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

When my mother and I arrived at the hotel they were all very warm and friendly. Which was amazing for us because we have never met such good service and such friendly people. Especially at breakfast we were always warmly welcomed and had special joy and conversations with Mr. Num. Especially he is a very good heart person and tries everything so that you feel comfortable what is important. From our side this was the best decision to go to this hotel as we have never experienced anything so great. We would go to this hotel again and again because you can see that the people are also people of the heart where you already feel much better and more comfortable:)

This is a really nice and wonderful Hotel with a perfect location. During arrival and check in the hotel team was very polite. The room has a very nice decoration and in a very clean condition, which show that the room maids do a perfect job. Daily room cleaning and friendly staff from restaurant until the team around the swimming pool are very helpful and friendly. We love this hotel even the beach is not so pleasend as just stones. The Breakfast has an extensive and huge selection of excellent food in an absolute clean condition. It was a perfect selection to stay in this Hotel and enjoy the weekend. Looking forward for a new visit. Thank you to the Hotel team for such good time.
