One of the best malls in Pattaya. This mall has 5 floors and each floor depicts the uniqueness of 5 different countries/ cities including Paris, London, Italy. We spent some time inside the mall admiring the sculptures and architecture of the mall and later went outside where there is a whole fleet of shops and eateries. So much food and drink options and too many shopping ?️ options. Must must visit this mall! ????

This is such a fun shopping centre, each floor is a different city, with elements of that city all throughout, for example there is an Eiffel Tower on the French floor, and a Golden Gate Bridge on the San Francisco floor. The toilets on the London floor are really cool, and have the Japanese toilets that are heated and have all the different squirting positions. The food hall on the top floor is fabulous. You have to buy a card with money on it to pay at all these food stalls, but don’t worry you’ll get refunded with the balance at the end of it. The prices of the food are so cheap and the ones that we tried were so delicious. It is worth visiting just for the food hall itself.

We spent a couple of hours exploring the mall’s unique city-themed floors, each offering a fun photo opportunity. To end the day, we grabbed dinner at KFC on the vibrant San Francisco floor—great food in a great setting!

The decor is so detailed that it genuinely feels like you're traveling the world while shopping. The ambience is vibrant and energetic with great photo spots on every floor — from red London phone booths to Japanese torii gates. The variety of shops is excellent, ranging from local brands to international stores, and the food court offers a wide selection of Thai and global cuisine at affordable prices. The whole place is spacious, super clean, and has a great vibe — perfect for shopping, chilling, or just exploring. Whether you’re here for shopping or just to enjoy the unique themes and atmosphere, Terminal 21 Pattaya is a must-visit!
