Really recommend this place, the guesthouse really fits the aesthetic of the town, self check in was super easy. Nothing really fancy about the room but it was clean which is very important, the shared bathroom was kept clean every time, free tea/coffee and a water dispenser 24/7 with a fridge and microwave. The hotel manager was very friendly and attentive. Only downside for light sleepers is the building is not very soundproof you can hear people’s footsteps outside and if the people next door is talking loud you can hear them but I guess that’s how all the buildings are but it wasn’t a problem for me. Otherwise no problems had a great stay here.
TBH a really nice place. They even have irons & ironing boards (that you can borrow) and washing machine you can use (with staff). The room is super comfy despite not having any windows. The bathroom is also great, they even have hot water & light on the mirror. The pantry is also well-stocked & there’s a hot/cold water dispenser. The only thing I have an issue is that the rooms are nor soundproof. But the other occupants during our stay were not loud, so that was great! All in all, worth the stay!
The location is perfect if you want to discover the city center. The rooms are really clean and the hotel is super cute. The staff is super helpful and always cleaning so everything is really clean, even the common bathroom. The staff helped us with our laundry for an extra 20 RM per load. There’s also tea, coffee and water available whenever you need it! Overall highly recommendable, thanks again to the Lilistay staff!
The place provides everything one needs from a hostel: a cozy room, clean shared bathrooms, clean water to drink from dispensers but do note there are NO windows, only shutters! The room was quite clean, the bathrooms are usually kept well cleaned. The manager reported a water shortage when we visited, thus the water pressure was low and one had to shower also using a water container. The hostel also provided a fresh and hot water machine to refill water bottles or make tea.
The place is right in the heart of Georgetown the perfect pitstop. We had taken the private room, everything was good the only issue was the lack of a window and lack of natural light, however for a single nights stay it was good.
