This is a superb hotel to stay at. The location is incredible. The staffs and the check in process, impeccable. The room is spacious, clean, well designed and modern. Even the bathroom is comfortable and functionally designed except missing an overhead shower. In addition, the speed at which they deliver items to your room is great. I honestly have nothing bad to say. Perfect hotel to stay at if you want a city centre location.

I stayed at Le Meridien Taipei for its great location near Taipei 101, and while it had everything I needed, it didn’t quite live up to my expectations given the price and location. The hotel is large, clean, and well-maintained, and the rooms are decent. However, there were a couple of design issues—like the poor bathroom lighting and the awkward shower head attachment. They weren’t huge problems, but they did make the room feel less polished. The cleaning service was good, and the staff was generally friendly, but I wasn’t too impressed with the bar or the breakfast. The bar felt more like a café with limited drink options and no cocktails. As for breakfast, I only went once. The food was okay, but it wasn’t very hot and didn’t stand out. A highlight of the stay was definitely the view of Taipei 101 from my room, which was beautiful. The front desk staff was welcoming, but I did notice some uneven treatment by the front door staff. It seemed like guests with expensive cars or luxury items got more attention, while others were mostly ignored. As a hotel guest, I would have liked to see more consistent service. Overall, my stay was fine. The location is excellent, and the hotel is clean and comfortable, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. Despite the small issues, I’d still consider staying here again.

Due to some circumstances the check in staff don’t let us wait but upgraded our room to Suites…. Thank you to the one who assists us there… The suites was impressively a bit elegant than the other hotels we had before near the location… Can’t say what it is, but it’s a bit vapid… Breakfast not quite fun of English breakfast…but it was good enough I enjoyed the Gym and notice a huge pool inside and the sauna…?? The most important for me is the room… Deluxe or suites as long as it is really relaxing… Again thank you for the upgrade… We slept like a baby… my family enjoyed our stayed, that we want to go back again upgraded or not. We loved the soft cozy huge bed… ?? Thank you???

Hotel is located in convenient xinyi district. Within walking distance to Taipei 101. The rooms are decent size. Customer service is very good. Breakfast starts at 6.30am, would be better if it starts at 6am for early flights back to USA. Breakfast selection could be better compared to other similar hotels in the Xinyi district. Overall, very good hotel to consider in Taipei.
