This hotel is the one of the best residences where I have been in the world, very affordable and reasonable price, very kind and warm services from all staffs, including the front desk, door men, bar servers, even room makers. The amenities in the whole hotels are very clean and easy to use. Pool, sauna, gym and lounge are really nice and make me feel better than being at home. Location cannot be said it is perfect, but anyway you are going to use taxi to go somewhere, so it is not a big deal. Breakfast is nice, and coffee is so tasty from the bar. I will definitely come back again. This becomes my Vietnam Home.

Lavis 18 Residence truly felt like a home away from home. I booked the Premier Studio Deluxe for four nights at an affordable price, and it was beyond comparison. From the beautifully designed rooms to the top-notch service and incredibly warm staff, every detail was perfect. If you’re in HCM and looking for a place just 2km from the famous walking street, this is your haven. I even shed a tear while leaving—this place left me with unforgettable memories. The hotel was a great stay for my boyfriend and I. Being young travelers, it was super affordable and better than a hostel for us. It was in a decent location, but in a side road which made it a bit for difficult for taxis to reach us. It did not seem like a super walkable area, but this is just due to the high volume of motorbikes and cars. The room was clean, other than the upholstered furniture which had stains on it. The staff was very friendly with food recommendations and directions. Overall great stay.
