Great hotel in the heart of the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were small but nicely decorated with a comfortable bed. Breakfasts were very good in the Gourmet Corner Restaurant and we ate dinner there twice which was fine-dining and delicious. We also had drinks in the Diamond Sky Bar which was nice. The only negative was the noise from loud music at night from the surrounding establishments

Very clean, very professional staff, and rooms were very well appointed! The manager went out of his way to contact us when he noticed the wife and I didn't check in the first night (flight was delayed). We were greeted with amazing kindness, great hospitality, and top notch professionalism you can't find anywhere else! They remembered our preferences for breakfast, accommodated our little requests here and there, and even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us on our checkout day (our flight home was scheduled to depart before breakfast started). The windowless rooms seem awkward initially, but in all honesty, it's a blessing in disguise because the rooms are unbelievably QUIET!! Location was very convenient, in the heart of all the action the old quarter has to offer, but do note that the roads and alleys are shut down Friday - Sunday for the unreal night life weekly. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you La Mejor!

This is a hidden gem and definitely was the HIGHLIGHT of our Hanoi trip. I'm not a frequent reviewer but this hotel truly deserves high praises. The location is right in the centre of old quarter, beer street area. We were given very warm welcome by Jane and I commend her for the exceptional service. As we were celebrating our anniversary, she offered a free upgrade of our room where there was a bigger space bathtub. The room is super clean. Breakfast spread was great, and they even offered made to order dishes. I especially enjoyed the watermelon juice and requested Jane to prepare for us in our breakfast pack to catch our very early flight the next day which she kindly accepted. I would visit here again if I'm travelling to Hanoi again!

Location? Fantastic. The Staff? Exceptional 100/10. The room? Fantastic. Tourist attractions? Perfect. Rooftop? Amazing! Breakfast? Yummmmmooo! And the staff up in restaurant were so helpful and do not hesitate to ask them for some food recommendations, Ms. Njoc will happy to give her some where to have good pho & bun cha! The Reception staff? Omg, they excellent - we even notice every time hotel guests were ordering a transport, the reception always makesure its the right number plate to make sure they safe and so on - which is ? We thank you for all the hospitality you guys showed to us, above and way beyond. You makes us feel very welcome and feel home. We cannot thank you enough, seriously, we had a good time while in Hanoi. Hope to see you all again in December. Love from Kirsty & Glenn.

My family and I arrived at the hotel with no expectations. Our first night was eventful because our room had a leak. But the staff, especially Miss Jane, accommodated us and upgraded us into a suite! The food was also exceptional. The breakfast buffet was extensive. We love the location because it is at the center of old quarter and near the tourist spots. Overall, the hotel was great! I highly recommend this hotel! ❤️❤️❤️
