Clean, spacious rooms with all required amenities. English speaking friendly staff. Our room also had a nice view of the mountains. Easy access to train station, located just in front.

The hotel quality is great! Love the beauty products and ladies spa. The breakfast buffet does not disappoint. One stop from Kyoto station and underground access to Yamashina station. The staff is kind and helpful. Thank you!

This hotel is right outside of a train station with restaurants and stores nearby. However no tourist sites. I enjoyed the women's only hot and wet sauna area with shampoo bar. Aoki, an English speaking receptionist, was extremely helpful during my three night stay. My elderly cousin didn't know how to operate the door with her key card, and Aoki kindly showed her how. She also facilitated our luggage to be shipped to the next hotel; she painstakingly wrote the hotel and next hotel address on each mailing label for each piece of luggage. We are very thankful for her hospitality. Of note, there are a few very rude, loud European guests at this hotel. The hotel staff maintains professionalism by managing their questions patiently. Excellent service

Location is perfect, the hotels elevator goes down to the station directly. One more station and you are at Kyoto station. Rooms are small but fancy and very clean.

Very convenient! It’s two stops away from Kyoto station. I really enjoyed the onsen and the breakfast. It’s delicious with the variety and Omi beef! Do note that the onsen is women’s only though—I hope that they will open up a men’s one someday so my husband can enjoy it as well ☺️
