⚠️ Warning: Crypto scammer stays here. Last month I was scammed by a so called “crypto investor”. He presented himself as Adit and showed me his Binance account. A few months later I decided to invest using his investment fund. He ran away with my money. Don’t fall for him. I have photos pf him if need be. The hostel itself is nice and well located. City center.
It's nice capsule room with comfortable beds and 3 washroom with neat maintenance providing tea and coffee you can have time they have lockers but you need to bring lock for it if you travelling solo don't worry they have surveillance in everywhere so you don't need to worry about safety. Deposit amount 100000 rupiah which can be returned after checkout. It's nearby gondangdia station so it's pretty easy to go anywhere. They have Resturant in ground floor but mostly foreign cuisine but if you feel to eat Indonesian food in near by gondangdia station there is lot of Street food available so it's easier to taste lots of Indonesian cuisine in one place.
Wanted to give a big shoutout to the team at Konko Hostel! I stayed at the hostel on and off for two months while I explored Jakarta and West Java. The day team, Shaima & Putri, and the night team, Rizki & Zee, were always there to answer my questions and offer recommendations for food, sights, and overall advice on navigating such a busy city. Even during the month of Ramadan—when the usual hustle and bustle of the city shifts for the holiday—they knew exactly what to do and suggested adjustments to help me stick to my plans. Their presence and constant support made my stay at Konko so memorable, and I definitely recommend staying there if you want to be close to all the major attractions in Jakarta, with a team that’s incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Also, Konko has an in-house local tour guide, Kenya, who offers regular guided tours of the city and its local cuisine. She tailors each experience to suit the needs of individuals or groups as they explore Jakarta for the first time. She even showed me some amazing Indonesian restaurants not too far from the hostel. Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough—especially if you’re like me and appreciate having advice and support while discovering a new city.
a comfortable, cheap and clean place to stay. the staff is very helpful. you can get many new friends here.
Great experience, I met lots of people from around the world here. If I'm not there for business purposes I might hangout more with strangers who I met there. The room pretty big for capsule, just need to maintain the bathroom and AC. Near US Embassy and Monas.
